The terms and conditions within are those in which hss holds the supplier to for any shipment of goods or services against an hss purchase order. By acknowledging an hss purchase order the supplier is hereby bound to hss’ terms and conditions based on the end client the material is being procured for. Said terms and conditions supersede and all other supplier terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
